Easton Park is a Master Planned located just 12 miles Southeast from downtown Austin. This Master Planned community is projected to be 2,700-acre total developed by Brookfield Residential Properties.

I have been working for this incredible company since January of 2019 and would never look back. Before Perry Homes I was in residential resale real estate and New Construction never smelled so good. I remember as a Realtor I would always tell my clients that were interested in New Home Construction to skip the model home and go straight to the home that was on site that they were interested in so they wouldn't be oooed and awwed by all the bells and whistles that were not in their inventory or spec home. All jokes aside this typically happens with all builders. You walk into their model home and just are amazed at the product to find out the model home has over $100K in upgrades and now the home you fell in love with is no longer in your desired price range. NOT with Perry Homes, our quality finishes surpass our competitors. To begin we start with a higher quality of lumber to build the structure of your home. Along with our 100% supervised foundation pours and concrete testing your home is as solid as a rock. Ok maybe not a rock but no big bad wolf will be blowing it down since all of our homes are built to resist 100 per mile winds. When it comes to Perry Homes interior design finishes our level 1 selections are other builders' level 3 and 4 which means you have a larger selection of quality products to choose from. Perry Homes offers two types of products, Inventory Homes also known as Spec Homes or Showcase Home, these homes are designed by our Interior Design Team at out Perry Homes headquarters in Houston, TX. These homes have already been "pre-selected" which means the builder has picked out the lot, floor plan and interior design to the home. These homes have little to no changes allowed if purchased. These homes are great for someone who has a short amount of time to move or has zero interest in designing their own home. Did I mention these are the homes that offer the best DEALS! The other option we offer is called a to-be built. These homes are customizable to you! On a to be built home you are able to pick out your desired floor plan, pick out your specific lot offered to build your home on and are able to go to the Perry Homes design center to customize the interior design of your home with one of our certified designers.
Both are backed by a 2-year craftmanship warranty.
